RN & LPN (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem) Jewish Nursing Home
RN Home Health Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
(Full Time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday; Part Time, 24-31 hours; and Per Diem)
Join a home care agency that offers clients cutting edge technology with telemedicine along with skilled and compassionate care. Spectrum, a certified, JC accredited home health agency, offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment. supportive management, competitive compensation and flexible hours. Home health care experience preferred with MA RN licensure.
Clinical Coordinator Wernick Adult Day Health Care
(Full Time or Part Time, Monday-Friday, no weekends)
MA RN license and strong computer skills required. Experience in Adult Day Health a plus.
Intake Nurse Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
(Part Time, 20 hours per week/4 hours per day)
MA LPN license required.
Wellness Nurse-RN/LPN Ruth's House Assisted Living
(Per Diem with 3 weekends a month and occasional weekday)
Successful candidate will be a professional nurse, currently MA licensed, with strong assessment skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and computer literate. Experience with LTC, homecare, or assisted living preferred.

CNAs (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem for 2nd & 3rd shifts) Jewish Nursing Home
Positions available for CNAs with excellent clinical skills and a caring heart! We offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advanced training (Clinical Ladder Program) and additional certifications including CPR. Positions available are on all shifts, including per diem positions for CNAs with at least 6 months experience. High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Care Managers Ruth's House Assisted Living
(Full Time & Part Time 6am-2pm. Intermittent 10pm-6am, every other weekend.)
Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities and dining. Massachusetts CNA certification and High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Home Health Aides (Per Diem) Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
Positions are primarily in the Springfield-Longmeadow area and offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel time reimbursement. Home Health or Hospice experience a plus. MA CNA Certification and/or HHA training documentation required. High School Diploma and/or GED also required.

Maintenance Mechanic (Full Time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
The successful candidate will have at least three years of general maintenance experience, including but not limited to groundskeeping, painting, and mechanical skills. Must also be available for paid "on-call" rotation.
Lead Housekeeper (Full Time, 32 hrs., 1st and/or 2nd shift - every other weekend, and holidays)
Supervises, trains staff, and coordinates activities for the housekeeping duties of resident rooms, public areas, and support areas as assigned. High School diploma or GED required with one year lead housekeeping experience (preferred).
Floor Care Specialist (Per Diem, 10 hours/week)
Responsible for cleaning, stripping and waxing of hard surfaces as well as spot cleaning and extraction of carpeted surfaces. Experience in all areas a plus.
Shuttle Van Driver (Part Time/Per Diem)
Flexible schedule M-F with some weekends and holidays providing transportation to our residents. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Transportation Coordinator (Part Time, 25 hours minimum. Benefit eligible.)
The Transportation Coordinator manages day-to-day operations of the Transportation Staff, coordinates transportation of our residents, and is occasionally required to drive. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Prior transportation experience in a health care setting preferred.

Dietary Aide (Full Time/Part Time) Jewish Nursing Home
Some kitchen experience preferred. Work schedule includes week day evenings and weekend hours. Housekeeper (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem) Experience working in a health care setting preferred.

Community Liaison (Per Diem, 20 hours per week) Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
The successful candidate will be able to develop new business and service existing relationships. Exposure to and understanding of the Health Care Delivery System and/or sales and marketing experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
Hospice Volunteer Coordinator (Per Diem, 12 hrs./week) Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
Responsible for the development and overall management of the Hospice Volunteer Program, including the selection, training, support and supervision of qualified individuals as hospice volunteers for home and nursing home settings. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or a related field; experience/training in the area of loss, grief, and family dynamics; experience working with volunteer groups; ability to communicate effectively with caregivers, and hospice patients and their families. Position requires effective supervisory skills. Hospice experience desirable.
Case Management Assistant (8 hrs./week with flexible schedule) JGS Administrative Services
Provide administrative support to the Case Management Department. Must have excellent organizational, time-management, customer service, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
