Opportunity for an advanced practice professional to work collaboratively with our physicians and other full time Nurse Practitioner providing services to the residents of the Jewish Nursing Home. Geriatric experience a PLUS! This position is full time, M-F, with some on-call responsibility Flexible schedule will be considered.

Nursing Unit Coordinator (Full Time, days) Jewish Nursing Home
Exciting opportunity if you enjoy the challenge of leading your team to provide quality clinical care with a customer service focus. The successful candidate for this key position will have supervisory experience, excellent clinical/assessment skills, strong communication skills, at least 1 year of LTC experience, and knowledge of LTC/MDS regulations. MA RN Licensure preferred.

RN Home Health (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem) Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care

RN Hospice (Per Diem) Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
Join a dynamic, highly competent team, and be part of a comprehensive health care system. Minimum 1 year hospice and/or home health experience preferred.

CNAs (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem - all shifts) Jewish Nursing Home
Holiday and weekend differential. MA CNA certification and High School Diploma or GED required.

Care Managers Ruth's House Assisted Living
(Full Time & Part Time - all shifts with some weekend requirements.)

Director of Social Services Jewish Nursing Home
The Director of Social Services is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Director plans, implements, directs, and evaluates all aspects of operations including supervision, support, and coaching of staff to ensure optimal customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background in social work; excellent communication, organizational, management, team-building, and people skills; a record of successful leadership; MSW, and LICSW prepared; and at least one year of supervisory experience and two years of healthcare and/or geriatric experience preferred.

Activity Assistant (Full Time, 40 hours/week with some weekends) Jewish Nursing Home
A basic understanding of the needs of the elderly and an empathetic approach required. A valid driver's license, high school diploma and/or GED are also required. Experience/certification in a recreational setting preferred.

Dining/Food Services

Dietary Aide (Per Diem, 20 hours/week, 2nd shift) Jewish Nursing Home
Some kitchen experience preferred. Work schedule includes week day evenings and weekend hours.

Housekeeping (Full Time; Monday-Friday with every other weekend)
Experience working in a health care setting preferred.

Concierge (Intermittent) Ruth's House Assisted Living
Work schedule: 1 day/week; 4-5 hours/day, 3-8PM or 4-8PM, one weekend a month 8:30AM-7:30PM.
Flexibility to cover vacations or open shifts.
