Jewish Nursing Home

Nurse Manager - RN (Full Time, Days)   $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
In pursuit of a leader interested in excellence.  We are an independent, not-for-profit, 200-bed facility providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation services with an opening for a nurse leader to lead multiple units.  Candidate will have supervisory experience, Medicare and MDS knowledge, excellent clinical/assessment skills, strong customer service/communication skills, minimum of 2 years of LTC experience, and knowledge of LTC/Federal regulations.  MA RN licensure required.

RN & LPN
(Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem)
Staff Nurse positions available for licensed nurses with excellent clinical skills and a caring heart!  We offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advanced training.  MA licensure required.  Benefits for eligible positions include 3 weeks' vacation, 70% employer paid health/dental, company-nursing scholarship program, and more!

Certified Nursing Assistant (Full Time, Part Time, all shifts)   $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time 
Positions available for CNA's with excellent clinical skills and a caring heart!  Assist nursing staff with patients' personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living.  We offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advanced training (Clinical Ladder Program) and additional certifications including CPR.   MA Nursing Assistant Certification and High School Diploma or GED required.

Cook (Intermittent - 20 hours/week)
Flexible schedule including every other weekend.  Coordinating the overall preparation and service of meals.  Two years' experience required.  Experience in a health care setting, and basic knowledge of Orthodox Jewish Dietary Laws preferred.

Dietary Aide (Full Time and Per Diem)
Some kitchen experience preferred.  Includes week day evenings and weekend hours.

Manager of Community Resources (Full Time, 40 hours with some weekends and evenings)
The Manager of Community Resources directs and manages a robust volunteer program whose duties include recruiting volunteers from traditional and non-traditional sources, providing volunteer orientation and regulatory training, supervision, recognition and events that support adult, youth and group initiatives.  In addition this person is responsible for developing and implementing plans and programs that include strategic planning, goal setting, and budget management.  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong selling skills, and be able to work collaboratively with volunteers and colleagues.  Bachelor's Degree in management, social science, communications or related field from an accredited college/university required with a minimum of five years professional experience working with volunteers.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office required with Raiser's Edge experience a plus.

 Ruth's House Assisted Living 

Wellness Nurse - LPN (Part Time - 24 hours, weekends)
Exciting opportunity!  Successful candidate will be a professional nurse, currently MA licensed with strong assessment skills, excellent organizational skills, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and be computer literate.  Experience with LTC, homecare, or assisted living preferred.

Care Managers (Full Time & Part Time, with some weekend requirements)  
                                                                                                       
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time
Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities and dining. MA CNA certification and High School Diploma or GED required.

Dining Services Coordinator (Full Time - 40 hours)
Direct the overall operation of our Dining Services Department in accordance with:  safety and sanitation practices; current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations; and Orthodox Jewish Dietary Laws.  Develop effective working relationships with residents, family members, vendors, and team members while training and directing the team towards providing outstanding customer dining services for daily and special event meals.  Two years food service supervisory experience as a chef/cook and have a Food Services Sanitation Certificate.

 Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care 

Medicare Coordinator (Full Time - 40 hours, flexible schedule)
The Medicare Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Medicare admission and billing process for our Home Health and Hospice agencies by ensuring all required admission documentation is received and updated in our system and ensuring billing process is completed through final resolution.  The successful candidate will have: proven experience in a medical office setting with Medicare admission and billing and electronic medical billing; strong verbal and written communication skills; a good understanding of computer systems, applications, and other office equipment;  and will be detail oriented.

Support Services

Grounds Maintenance (Intermittent - 16 hours/week; flexible schedule) 
Perform a variety of landscaping maintenance and snow removal duties (where applicable).  Regularly mow lawns, rake leaves, weed, plant flowers, plow snow, remove debris from property grounds, and overall ensure the campus is well-maintained as well as occasionally assist in maintenance emergency situations.  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
