Medical Doctor (Full/Part Time)                                                                         JGS Family Medical Care
Join our medical team at JGS Family Medical Care. Primary care opportunity for a professional with interest in adult medicine and geriatrics. We offer an opportunity to build a primary care practice along with an integrated residential program.

RN & LPN (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem)                                                              Jewish Nursing Home

RN Home Health                                                                              Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
(Part Time/Per Diem)
Join a certified, JC accredited home health agency, with competitive compensation and flexible hours, that offers clients cutting edge technology with telemedicine along with skilled and compassionate care.  Home health care experience preferred.  MA RN licensure required.

Wellness Nurse-RN/LPN                                                                                Ruth's House Assisted Living
(Per Diem with 3 weekends a month and occasional weekday)
Successful candidate will be a professional nurse, currently MA licensed, with strong assessment skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and computer literate.  Experience with LTC, homecare, or assisted living preferred.

CNAs (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem - all shifts)                                                   Jewish Nursing Home
Holiday and weekend differential.  MA CNA certification and High School Diploma or GED required.

Care Managers                                                                                              Ruth's House Assisted Living
(Full Time & Part Time - all shifts with some weekend requirements.) 
Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities and dining. MA CNA certification and High School Diploma or GED required.

Home Health Aides (Per Diem, 1st shift)                                     Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care 
Positions are primarily in the Springfield-Longmeadow area and offer flexible schedules, competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel time reimbursement. Home Health or Hospice experience a plus. MA CNA Certification and/or HHA training documentation required. High School Diploma or GED also required.  Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle required.

Physical Therapist (Per Visit, Flexible Hours)                              Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
Be part of a dynamic inter-disciplinary team.  MA RPT license required with experience in home health care preferred.

Activity Assistant (Full Time, 40 hours, with some weekends)                              Jewish Nursing Home
A basic understanding of the needs of the elderly and an empathetic approach is required.  Experience/certification in a recreational setting is preferred.  Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and high school diploma or GED are required.

Housekeeper Supervisor (Full Time)
Provide supervision of housekeepers, floor care technicians, and project workers for the campus.  Monitor department equipment for safety/repairs as well as training of staff for safety and use of equipment.  Maintain supply inventory controls.  Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least one year experience in a supervisory or lead role.

Shuttle Van Driver (Part Time/Per Diem)
Flexible schedule M-F with some weekends and holidays providing transportation to our residents.  Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Transportation Coordinator (Part Time, 25 hours minimum.  Benefit eligible.)
The Transportation Coordinator manages day-to-day operations of the Transportation Staff, coordinates transportation of our residents, and is occasionally required to drive.  The successful candidate will have strong communication and organization skills, and be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.  Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.  Prior transportation experience in a health care setting preferred.

Dietary Aide                                                                                                              Jewish Nursing Home
(Full Time, 1st shift, 32-40 hours; Part Time, 2nd shift, 24-31 hours)
Some kitchen experience preferred. Work schedule includes week day evenings and weekend hours.

Professional / Technical / Administrative [ Back to Top ]

Hospice Volunteer Coordinator (6-8 hrs./week)                          Spectrum Home Health & Hospice Care
Responsible for the development and overall management of the Hospice Volunteer Program, including the selection, training, support and supervision of qualified individuals.  The successful candidate will have a Associates degree or higher in counseling, social work or a related field; experience/training in the area of loss, grief, and family dynamics; experience working with volunteer groups; ability to communicate effectively with caregivers, and hospice patients and their families.  Position requires effective supervisory skills.  Hospice experience desirable.

Medical Assistant/Receptionist (Per Diem / weekdays)                                   JGS Family Medical Care
Small office seeking highly motivated certified medical assistant.  Experience in private practice office a plus.

Case Management Assistant (8 hrs./week with flexible schedule)             JGS Administrative Services
Provide administrative support to the Case Management Department.  Must have excellent organizational, time-management, customer service, and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).

Receptionist                                                                                                   JGS Administrative Services
(Intermittent, 6-10 hrs./week including every other weekend and some holidays.)
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, with ability to multi-task.  Switchboard experience preferred, but will train.  Experience in a health care setting a plus.
