Genesis House is subsidized housing (HUD) that is designed to meet the needs of independent seniors who seek the comfort, security and conveniences provided by an apartment community.
The Benefits of a Caring Community
Genesis House offers efficiency and one-bedroom apartments for those with low to moderate income who are over the age of 62. Our campus is conveniently located on the bus route and is within a short distance to local shopping areas, banks and other community resources.
A staff of caring professionals manages the property, and they are dedicated to helping residents live safely and independently. From the first night I moved to Genesis House I felt completely relaxed, safe, secure and contented. I have lived here for almost seven years and these years have been very happy. We have excellent care and consideration of the staff and the maintenance people are very friendly, polite and helpful. Every effort is made to keep us well and comfortable and entertained. Life here couldn’t be better.
