JGS Family Medical Care is a full-service, primary-care medical practice for adults that promotes healthy and independent living. FMC is conveniently located on the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus of Jewish Geriatric Services.
The practice is led by Udaya Jagadeesan, MD, a specialist in Geriatric Medicine. David Ballan, MD and Nurse Practitioners Kathryn Barzilai and Kristine Wailgum complete this team of professionals, dedicated to providing outstanding care with a personal touch.
