JGS Family Medical Care
Nurse Practitioner (Full Time, Monday-Friday)
Opportunity for an advanced practice professional to work collaboratively with our physicians and other full time Nurse Practitioner. Primary responsibilities will be in our outpatient community medical practice, as well as limited services provided to the residents of the Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home. Geriatric experience a PLUS! Position is full time, Monday-Friday, with some on-call responsibilities. Flexible schedule will be considered.

Director of Nurses (DON)
Rare opportunity due to the recent retirement of our Director of Nurses!
To ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, the DON is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Nursing Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and for carrying out the resident care policies established by our facility. As DON, you will report directly to the Administrator. Ideal candidate will be a BSN (Masters preferred) graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, college or university and an experienced DON with a strong clinical background, excellent communication, organizational, management, team-building, and people skills, and a record of successful leadership. Must have at least two years experience in rehabilitative and/or geriatric nursing, one year of nursing administration, knowledge of LTC/PPS/MDS regulations and ANCC certification prefered. Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of MA.
CNAs (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem for 2nd & 3rd shifts)
Positions available for CNAs with excellent clinical skills and a caring heart! We offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advanced training (Clinical Ladder Program) and additional certifications including CPR. Positions available are on all shifts, including per diem positions for CNAs with at least 6 months experience. Full time and part time (20+ hours) positions offer 2 weeks vacation and many other benefits.
Nurses - RN & LPN (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem)
Nurse Supervisor - RN (Full Time, 3-11pm)
Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
Nursing Unit Manager (Full Time-Days)
Exciting opportunity if you enjoy the challenge of leading your team in providing quality clinical care with a customer service focus. The successful candidate for this key position will have supervisory experience, excellent clinical/assessment skills, strong communiction skills, at least 1 year of LTC experience, and knowledge of LTC/MDS regulations. MA RN Licensure preferred.
RN-Supervisor (11-7 w/every other weekend)
Ruth's House, An Assisted Living Residence
Care Managers (Full Time and Part Time)
Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities and dining. CNA certification required. One year of experience preferred. Great customer service skills and experience working with a geriatric population a plus. Full and part time positions include alternating weekends. Weekends only positions are also available.
Program Coordinator (Full Time)
Great opportunity for a Therapeutic Recreation Professional to manage leisure and life enhancement programs. Position includes supervision of staff and program development. Excellent team work, creativity and interpersonal skills are needed. Qualified candidates will have at a minimum two (2) years experience with dementia care, and/or therapeutic recreation, with one (1) year of supervisory resident program experience in a healthcare setting. Valid drivers license is required. Some weekends and on call responsibilities required.
RN (Full Time)
Great opportunity for an experienced professional nurse manager to join the collaborative management team of Ruth's House, an award winning Assisted Living Residence. This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of our secure Alzheimer's neighborhood. A valid MA RN license and ability to lead an interdisciplinary team is required. BSN preferred.
Wellness Nurse ~ LPN (Per Diem, 8-12 hours weekends)
Exciting opportunity! Successful candidate will be a professional nurse, currently MA licensed, with strong assessment skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and computer literate. Experience with LTC, homecare, or assisted living preferred.

Community Liaison (Part Time, 20 hours; Benefit Eligible)
The successful candidate will be able to develop new business and service existing relationships. Exposure to and understanding of the Health Care Delivery System and/or sales and marketing experience is required. MA RN or LPN licensure required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
Home Health Aides (Day and Evening Hours Available)
Positions are primarily in the Springfield-Longmeadow area, offer flexible schedules, a competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel time reimbursement. Home Health or Hospice experience desirable. Certification required.
RN for Home Health (Per Diem)
Flexible hours available including weekdays and/or weekends, with competitive per visit rates. Join a home care agency that offers clients cutting edge technology with telemedicine along with skilled and compassionate care. Spectrum offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment and supportive management. Home care experience preferred.
Wernick Adult Day Health Care Center
Clinical Coordinator (Full Time, Monday-Friday, no weekends)
MA RN license and strong computer skills required with experience in Adult Day Health a plus.
