JGS Administrative Services
Payroll Coordinator (Full Time, 40 hours)
This position is responsible for the administration of the time and attendance and payroll systems, including the timely and accurate delivery of payroll, recordkeeping and reporting. The successful candidate will have payroll experience with a proven understanding of payroll/tax laws and regulations and strong customer service skills. A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience is preferred. Experience with ECI payroll is a plus.
JGS Family Medical Care
Nurse Practitioner (Full Time, Monday-Friday)
Opportunity for an advanced practice professional to work collaboratively with our physicians and other full time Nurse Practitioner. Primary responsibilities will be in our outpatient community medical practice, as well as limited services provided to the residents of the Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home. Geriatric experience a PLUS! Position is full time, Monday-Friday, with some on-call responsibilities. Flexible schedule will be considered.
Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home
CNAs (Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem for 2nd & 3rd shifts)
Positions available for CNAs with excellent clinical skills and a caring heart! We offer a competitive wage and opportunities for advanced training (Clinical Ladder Program) and additional certifications including CPR. Positions available are on all shifts, including per diem positions for CNAs with at least 6 months experience. Full time and part time (20+ hours) positions offer 2 weeks vacation and many other benefits.

Speech-Language Pathologist (Part Time, 20 hours - Benefit Eligible)
This part time, benefit eligible position offers a flexible schedule and an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated health care professionals who pride themselves in providing quality patient care. MA licensure required. Experience in a healthcare/long term care setting a plus.
Cook (Full Time)
Coordinate the overall preparation and service of meals. Two (2) years experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting and basic knowledge of Orthodox Jewish Dietary Laws preferred. Full time schedule is 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m., including every other weekend.
Dietary Aide (Full Time/Part Time)
Some kitchen experience preferred. Schedule includes week day evenings and weekend hours.
Ruth's House Assisted Living
Care Managers (Full Time and Part Time)
Responsibilities include direct care and assistance with activities and dining. CNA certification required. One year of experience preferred. Great customer service skills and experience working with a geriatric population a plus. Full and part time positions include alternating weekends. Weekends only positions are also available.
Wellness Nurse (Part Time, 16 hours with some weekends)
Great opportunity to join our Wellness Team! This part time opportunity has a flexible schedule with some weekends. Reporting to the Director of Resident Care, the Wellness Nurse is responsible for resident assessment; oversight of resident wellness and the Self-Administration Medication Management program; and communication with residents, family members, and physicians. Must have a MA RN/LPN license and at least one year experience in an eldercare setting, preferably assisted living and/or homecare.

Community Liaison (Part Time, 20 hours; Benefit Eligible)
The successful candidate will be able to develop new business and service existing relationships. Exposure to and understanding of the Health Care Delivery System and/or sales and marketing experience is required. MA RN or LPN licensure required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills desired.
Home Health Aides (Per Visit)
Positions are primarily in the Springfield-Longmeadow area, offer flexible schedules, a competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel time reimbursement. Hospice experience desirable. Certification required.
Medical Social Worker (Per Diem - Flexible days/hours available)
The Medical Social Worker is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team and provides professional medical social services to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will be a LICSW with experience in home health care.
Physical Therapist (Per Visit)
Be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team! Per visit PT for certified, JC accredited, home health agency. Flexible hours. MA RPT license required with experience in home health care preferred.
RN for Home Health (Per Diem)
Flexible hours available including weekdays and/or weekends, with competitive per visit rates. Join a home care agency that offers clients cutting edge technology with telemedicine along with skilled and compassionate care. Spectrum offers a dynamic, interdisciplinary team environment and supportive management. Home care experience preferred.
Wernick Adult Day Health
Clinical Coordinator (Part Time, 16 hours)
MA RN license required with experience in an Adult Day Health setting a plus. Some computer experience required.
