HONOR A LOVED ONE IN A PERMANENT WAY WITH A LEAF ON OUR TREE OF LIFE

The "Tree of Life," located in the auditorium of the Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home is a majestic tree with engraved brass leaves that offer a very special way to celebrate a special occasion or honor the memory of a loved one.

Each brass leaf can accommodate up to four lines of text. They may be purchased for $125 and will be permanently on display and viewed by visitors to our campus, as well as residents and staff. Families of those honored, or the honoree, will receive notification of your special contribution, together with a beautiful certificate reflecting the language of dedication.
