DIRECTIONS
From North of Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Take 91 South to Exit 1. Go up the ramp and at the third light, take left onto Converse Street. Travel 1.5 miles and pass the Jewish Community Center Campus on your left. After traffic light, the Jewish Geriatric Services campus will be up the road on the left.
From South of Longmeadow
Take 91 North to Exit 49 (Route 5). Take right off the exit ramp, and follow Route 5 for approximately 3.2 miles.You will see Bay Path College on your left and St. Andrew's Episcopal Church on your right. At traffic light, take a right onto Converse Street. Travel 1.5 miles, past the Jewish Community Center Campus on your left. After the traffic light, the Jewish Geriatric Services campus will be up the road on the left.
From 90 East or West (Mass. Pike)
Take Exit 4 (Route 91). Take 91 South to Exit 1. Go up the ramp, bear left (toward Longmeadow) and at the third light, take left onto Converse Street. Travel 1.5 miles and pass the Jewish Community Center Campus on your left. After traffic light, the Jewish Geriatric Services campus will be up the road on the left.
